Sale – Preparation of Contract

$300.00 inclusive of GST

Sale – Completion of Transaction

$1000.00 inclusive of GST (less preparation costs)

Purchase – Completion of Transaction including incoming mortgagee

$1,200.00 inclusive of GST including standard disbursements.

Refinance / Transfer of property

$600.00 inclusive of GST per transaction.

Wills / Power of Attorney / Guardianship

Preparation of wills.  Individual $150.00 inclusive of GST.  Couples $300.00 inclusive of GST.  Blended families from $500.00 inclusive of GST.  Powers of Attorney and Guardianship $200 inclusive of GST per person plus disbursements (registration fees).  

 

Disbursements for the preparation of a contract for sale are included.  Disbursements for purchases are included for standard enquiries  603 certificate (Council rates ), 66 certificate (water rates) and Land tax certificate.  Additional costs may be incurred for agent costs on settlement and additional searches should they be required.  Pest and building reports cost approximately $595.00 (approximately).  Additional costs are attributed to some transactions and for certain certificates, searches and reports.
